SERVICE

Designing

Industrial designers shape how a toy looks, feels, and functions. This includes:

Material Selection: Choosing plastics, fabrics, or wood that are tactile and durable.

Ergonomics: Ensuring it fits comfortably in small hands.

Safety First: Designing to meet or exceed global safety standards like ASTM F963 (U.S.), EN71 (Europe)

Engineering

Our electrical and mechanical engineers will work together to bring the final design to life.

3D Modeling and Prototyping: Using CAD and 3D printing to create initial working models.

Mechanisms and Motion: Engineering moving parts for features like lights, sounds, or transformations.

Electronics Integration: Designing circuit boards and integrating sensors, buttons, and batteries.

Manufacturing

Once finished above 2 steps,we finally need to turn it into mass production smoothly and always with a mind-set of quality and efficiency-oriented.It could be manufactured does not mean it’s the right way to build it up,we must take following factors into consideration.

Tooling and Molds: Injection molding for plastic parts is a major cost and timing factor.

Assembly Methods: Simplifying how the toy is put together on the production line.

Quality Control (QC): Rigorous inspections and safety testing at multiple stages.

Packaging: Tailored to retail, e-commerce, or both, with age-appropriate graphics.

Compliance Labels: Age grading, CE mark, recycling info, and warnings.
